"Getting Started: Your Journey Begins Here"

Our monthly members are encouraged to schedule their kitchen time two weeks in advance. This allows them to have first priority in booking kitchen use, ensuring a smooth and organized experience for everyone. We appreciate your cooperation in planning ahead!

Required Documentation:

  1. Business & Health Permits

    • A valid business license

    • A current health permit (based on the type of food operation you run)

  2. Commercial Liability Insurance

    • Minimum coverage of $1,000,000

    • Must name Teegarden Commercial Kitchen LLC as Additional Insured

    • Submit both the Certificate of Liability Insurance and the accompanying endorsement page

  3. Signed Operating Agreement

    • Includes kitchen use guidelines, access hours, sanitation responsibilities, and rental terms
