What happens if I'm not done at the end of my reserved time?

Please feel free to reach out to us via message or phone call if you need more time. We want to ensure that the kitchen is available for you and we can schedule you a longer window. Your comfort is our priority!

How do I get in?

Your kitchen door is equipped with a secure lock that requires a code for access. Once you have signed a contract with Teegarden Commercial Kitchen you will receive a welcome guide with your own personal access code. This code is meant for you and only you. 

What if I don't use all of my hours?

It is important to accurately estimate the time needed in the kitchen, as hours will not be credited back. Please ensure that your time management is precise to avoid any disruptions in our schedule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining an efficient kitchen environment.

What is the cancelation policy?

Our cancellation policy requires that you notify us directly at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. If you fail to provide this notice within the 48 window, a $50 late cancellation fee will apply. We appreciate understanding and cooperation. Thank you!
